Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, and grow B2B leads (corporates, studios/gyms, communities, and strategic partners).
  • Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, follow-ups, meetings, presentations, and closing deals.
  • Sell JFI's B2B solutions: Pilates equipment, consulting services, instructor outsourcing, corporate wellness programs, academy hosting, and training partnerships.
  • Prepare business proposals and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare B2B activity reports and pipeline progress updates.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience in B2B sales or in B2C sales handling SMEs/communities/business partners.
  • Comfortable working with measurable sales targets.
  • Accustomed to high-frequency closing(e.g., handling dozens of transactions per month, not only one major deal every 23 months).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, persuasive, and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable handling follow-ups via chat, email, and phone.
  • Familiar with CRM or sales tools; having an existing client database is a strong plus.
