Business Development Staff

We are looking for a Business Development Staff to drive sales growth and partnerships for our automotive window film, architectural window film, and automotive accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new partnerships with car dealers, workshops, automotive communities, contractors, architects, developers, and corporate clients.

Promote and sell automotive window film, architectural window film, and automotive accessories.

Conduct canvassing, client visits, product presentations, and pitching to clients.

Lead negotiations and secure deals from first contact to closing.

Prepare proposals/quotations and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support repeat business and referrals.

Provide daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and sales progress.

Qualifications:

Experience in BD/Marketing/Sales, preferably in automotive, window film, or related industries.

Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills; target-driven and proactive.

Comfortable working in the field and building networks with various stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of window film and automotive accessories is an advantage.
