This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Yogyakarta. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting in-depth market research, building relationships with existing and potential clients, and fostering new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients, analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.

• Proven Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and formulate actionable strategies
• Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and exploring new business opportunities
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or business development is advantageous
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
