This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Tanjung Priok. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to assess market trends and customer needs, and generating leads to drive business growth. The individual will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and assist in developing strategic plans to achieve company sales and business targets.

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Market Research to identify and evaluate business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to expand the company's clientele
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
