Job Description

Business Development & Growth Specialist is a unique position in which you will handle the end-to-end process both the acquisition of customers and the improvement our products & services.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development:

  • Identify and create strategy to target potential B2B leads (schools, universities, companies, other institutions)
  • Create proposals and presentations for Vooya's B2B potential clients
  • Deliver presentation pitch to our B2B customers
  • Mentor a group of sales interns who handle retail sales & assist retail sales when needed

Growth Specialist

  • Lead initiatives and program to boost Vooya's services growth hacks including sales, marketing, operational, and product development
  • Ensure all operational process satisfy and help our participants on their learning target
  • Collaborate extensively with external and internal parties to deliver a top-notch product to our customers

Requirement

  • Work from Office
  • Preferably have 1 year of working experience in related experience (passionate fresh graduate are also welcome)
  • All majors are welcome
  • Communication and presenting skill
  • Have excellent English skills (oral and written)
  • Presentation Design skills is a plus
  • Detail-oriented & thorough
