The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing partnerships and new customer. The role ensures that the company expands domestic and international remittance, grow revenue streams, and strengthen brand awareness while make sure we comply with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential market (internal Fasdeli Group and outside group).
- Partnership with reliable enabler/aggregators.
- Managing current partners and customers.
- Expand domestic and international remittance.
- Make reports that relevant with business analysis.
- Work together (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with digital team to ensure all activities are aligned with Fasremit values.
- All business activities should comply with PBI (Peraturan Bank Indonesia) once FasRemit license issued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from all majors, preferably from Business/Management/Chinese Literature.
- Open for fresh graduate.
- If having min. 1 year experience as Business Development/Sales/Partnership Management or related position, will be point plus.
- Must can speak in Mandarin, written & spoken (min. HSK 4).
- Willing to work on Saturday (half day).
