Location: South Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns for financial services products in international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners, particularly in Mandarin-speaking countries.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop tailored marketing materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies to reach potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales targets.
- Report on campaign results and provide insights for improving marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin (both spoken and written), with Mandarin proficiency certification (e.g., HSK) preferred.
- Knowledge of financial market trends and digital marketing skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing international marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Google Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate clear and detailed reports.
- Self-motivated, creative, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
