JOB DESCRIPTION

EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and looking for Business Development Specialist who is highly motivated and fits our EF culture. We are looking for a person who have strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent sales and analytical mindset. You will work with the Business Development Specialist team to deliver the best consultation experience to our respective customers and help them facilitate the product that suits their needs the most.

Responsibilites

  • Identify and acquire new customers (B2C & B2B) as well as partnership opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, event activations, sponsorships, outreach, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Develop business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operational/center teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets is preferred
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience networking with private companies and government institutions is a plus
