  • Support the B2B partnership lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including coordination of internal stakeholders and other technical requirements.
  • Assist in commercial proposal preparation, documentation, and negotiation tracking.
  • Act as day-to-day contact for partners, monitor performance, and support business reviews.
  • Identify growth opportunities and help drive upsell, cross-sell, and partner expansion initiatives.
  • Track partner-related KPIs, SLA performance, and service quality metrics.
  • Assist in reconciliation, usage tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Support issue resolution coordination between technical and business teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field. Highly motivated, team player, and target-driven individual.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa.
  • 3 years of working experience in business development, sales or partnership roles. Experience in BNPL, multifinance, or leasing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the retail or service business industry landscape.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, detail-oriented. strategic thinking and team player.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working with targets and tight deadlines.
