BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT
We are looking for a Hunter Business Development Representative for Network Department to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.
Teltonikas networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:
- Identify and approach new potential clients within the government sector, leveraging platforms such as LKPP, SIPLah, LPSE, and other relevant government procurement channels.
- Generate high-quality leads through proactive prospecting, networking within government institutions, and effective CRM management.
- Prepare tailored commercial offers and ensure contract execution in line with government procurement requirements to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies through consistent communication, follow-ups, and regular visits.
- Represent Teltonika and its solutions at government-related exhibitions, tenders, and meetings, both locally and abroad.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team and product specialists to address specific requirements of government projects and ensure compliance with regulations.
What we expect of you:
- Are professional in re professional in English (both spoken and written) as it will be your primary working language.
- Have a strong hunter sales mindset, proactive in prospecting, and capable of navigating government procurement channels (e.g., LKPP, SIPLah, LPSE).
- Have a minimum of 24 years of B2B sales experience with proven achievements in government projects or tenders.
- Understand the processes of lead generation, cold calling, and tender management in the government sector, with familiarity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Are independent, self-driven, and able to manage government sales cycles without the need for micromanagement.
