Business Development Representative

What You'll Do

• Drive revenue growth and market penetration within your assigned territory
• Build and strengthen relationships with retail and distribution partners
• Conduct regular store visits to provide support, training, and campaign activation
• Ensure partner engagement and consistent sales performance
• Promote compliance, marketing initiatives, and incentive programs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financing industry
• Experience working with smartphone retailers, distributors, or telecom partners
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills
• Personal transportation, preferably a motorcycle
• Strong communication skills in Indonesian
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and collaboration tools
• Detail-oriented with experience managing SLA-driven environments
• English proficiency is a plus
