Minimal S1 (Teknik / Manajemen / bidang relevan)

Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Business Development / Sales B2B

Berpengalaman di konsultan, pertambangan, drilling, EPC, atau mining contractor

Terbiasa mengelola pipeline, proposal, negosiasi, hingga kontrak

. Memahami pricing & margin proyek

Skill yang di Harapkan

Target-oriented & hunter mindset

Negosiasi & closing yang kuat

Komunikatif, persuasif, dan profesional

Mampu bekerja mandiri & dalam tim
