Manage and execute partnership and digital lending initiatives in alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives and under the supervision of the Head of Partnership & Digital Lending Department.
Analyze business and specific needs of partner banks and/or business partners to increase credit distribution volume and quality.
Prepare and implement credit growth strategies, both through direct lending and partnership-based lending schemes.
Develop business concepts, partnership models, and cooperation programs (regular or seasonal) with business partners and/or debtors.
Identify, establish, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and potential business partners and/or debtors to support business growth.
Monitor the performance of credit distribution, including target achievement, risk exposure, and overall product profitability (interest income, fee-based income, and cost of credit).
Prepare and present periodic business performance reports and partnership progress updates to management.
Evaluate the implementation of acquisition and business development programs and recommend follow-up actions for improvement.
Coordinate with support units (Legal, Tax, Risk Management, Compliance) in the preparation of partnership agreements and required assessments.
Collaborate with Product Development, Credit Analyst, Credit Operations, and Risk Management teams to ensure smooth execution of credit business activities.
Work closely with Brand & Communication and Growth & Acquisition teams in executing marketing and debtor acquisition initiatives, either directly by the Bank or via third parties.
Support business strategies and budget planning to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Conduct market, product, and technology research to generate insights and ideas for new business or product development.
Continuously enhance professional knowledge and capabilities through training, learning initiatives, and relevant certifications.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Finance, Banking, Management, Accounting, or other related majors.
2–3 years of working experience in Business Development, Partnership, Digital Lending, Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services.
Solid understanding of credit products, lending processes, and partnership-based or digital lending models.
Strong business and financial analysis skills, including profitability, risk, and performance evaluation.
Proven ability to prepare business proposals, business cases, and structured analytical reports.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Able to work effectively across functions and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
High interest in banking, fintech, and digital financial services trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); data analysis skills are an advantage.
Willingness to continuously learn and pursue professional development through training or certification.
