Forecast and adjust BD pipeline to ensure productivity is maintained.
BD Performance Report
Discuss and align with SO regarding performance, incentives and QA matters.
Conduct weekly briefings, prepare and maintain BD telesales performance reports, including achievement toward targets, productivity, and conversion tracking.
Analyze telesales activity trends, merchant feedback, and operational issues to identify improvement opportunities.
Operational
Monitor BD daily operations and create flow or SOPs.
Coordinate with relevant teams to answer and escalate on operational or system related issues (e.g., purecloud error, CSI integration, merchants unable to log in to the Partner App from SPP App, settlement configuration, QRIS broken, etc) while providing appropriate flow and solutions, then track issue escalations and resolution status.
Initiate another initiative to improve BD performance.
Align and coordinate with BPO vendors regarding BD operational needs (e.g., attendance and replacements).
[ad hoc] Pitch and align with external partners if there is an opportunity to utilize CRM.
BD Education
Conduct monthly training sessions for BDs to refresh and enhance product and operational knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from top tier university.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with high ownership.
Ability to analyze and identify improvement from data trends.
