Coordinate, manage, execute and analysis various projects in order to improve processes, implement new products and expand ShopeePay through marketing initiatives
Manage working files for daily operations in each project involved
Improve and implement best practices small merchant engagement strategies
End to end stakeholder management, project coordination and roll-out of projects
Initiate, manage and lead various projects from end to end with a maximum performance
Conduct data analysis to find opportunities for process/product improvements for merchants and the Business Development team
Establish and maintain relationship, conduct project meetings, make recommendations for project improvements and continuously follow up on the progress with relevant stakeholders
Create overall flow and concept, action plans, report and escalate issues
Interpret key message, analyze and enhance professional deck presentations
Create and continuously update the project documentation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from top tier university.
Experience in project management, project data and marketing / merchant engagement
Preferable: Experienced working in FinTech, FnB, or E-Commerce
High degree of proactive initiative and working with a sense of urgency
Strong work ethics and performance-driven
Highly skilled in excel and google slides
Excellent presentation skills
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
