Develop and implement effective onboarding programs, including product knowledge, market strategies, and sales techniques training.
Collaborate closely with various departments to allocate resources and resolve issues encountered by partners during the onboarding process, enhancing partner satisfaction.
Collect and analyze market feedback, optimize the onboarding process, and continuously improve business efficiency and partner performance.
Establish and maintain strong partner relationships, fostering long-term strategic cooperation between partners and Lazada.
Job Requirements
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
More than two years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in e-commerce BD or partner management.
Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and insights into the Indonesian market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with partners of diverse backgrounds.
Problem-solving ability, able to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing market environment.
