Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory or industry segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, product management) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering or business development
- Strong technical understanding of industrial products / automotive parts / MRO (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose technical-commercial solutions
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as required
