Business Development (Mandarin Speaker)

Key responsibilities

1. Identify and develop potential business partners, clients, investors, and strategic partnerships

2. Explore new business opportunities in the waste management, recycling, and environmental sectorsConduct market research and analyze market trends, industry developments, technologies, and business opportunities related to waste and recycling

3. Identify potential sources, suppliers, customers, and markets for various types of waste and recyclable materials

4. Assess and evaluate potential business partners based on their capabilities, resources, market potential, and strategic fit

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners

6. Coordinate business meetings, discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential partners

7. Develop business proposals, partnership concepts, feasibility studies, and presentations for new business opportunities

8. Collaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to evaluate the feasibility of potential projects and partnerships

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership or Project Development

3. Experience in waste management, recycling, environmental services, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred

4. Strong understanding of market research, business analysis, and opportunity identification

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

8. Proactive, commercially oriented, and able to identify and pursue new business opportunities

9. Willing to travel for business meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and potential partner visits

10. Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Purwakarta
