Job Description

We're a fast-growing TikTok Service Partner focused on live streaming, video production, and social commerce growth. We're looking for a hungry closer someone who loves pitching, negotiating, chasing targets, and winning deals. If you're competitive, confident, and money-motivated, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  1. Hunt and close new brand partners (TikTok Shop / Shopee / social commerce)
  2. Own the full sales cycle: pitching, proposal, negotiation, closing
  3. Grow accounts and unlock upsell opportunities
  4. Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong campaign results
  5. Spot trends and new business opportunities
  6. Handle Mandarin-speaking and cross-border clients

Qualifications

  1. 13 years experience in Sales / Business Development Confident in closing deals and hitting targets
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  3. Competitive mindset, proactive, driven, and results-focused
  4. Comfortable working with KPIs and performance goals
  5. Fluent in English
  6. Fluent in Mandarin
