Responsibilities
- Hunt and close new brand partners (TikTok Shop / Shopee / social commerce)
- Own the full sales cycle: pitching, proposal, negotiation, closing
- Grow accounts and unlock upsell opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong campaign results
- Spot trends and new business opportunities
- Handle Mandarin-speaking and cross-border clients
Qualifications
- 13 years experience in Sales / Business Development Confident in closing deals and hitting targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Competitive mindset, proactive, driven, and results-focused
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance goals
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Mandarin
