Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
Skilled in market research, lead generation, and developing sales pipelines
Experience working with Chinese vendors, suppliers, or customers is a plus
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work cross-functionally
Willing to travel as needed
