As we accelerate our expansion into the Indonesian market, we are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class technology solutions including Middleware, IAM, and other technologies stacks for the high-stakes sectors such as BFSI, Telecommunications, and Government. Key Responsibilities:

Market Penetration & Strategy: Identify and execute growth opportunities within Indonesia, specifically targeting Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Telecommunications, and Government entities.

Solution Selling: Effectively position VS One World's core offerings, including Middleware, API Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.

Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate complex organizational structures to build relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and key decision-makers.

Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with our technology partners (e.g., WSO2, Microsoft, RedHat) to co-sell and deliver integrated solutions tailored to the Indonesian market.

Tender & Proposal Leadership: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet the specific regulatory and compliance requirements of Indonesian government and financial sectors.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local digital transformation trends, regulatory changes (such as data privacy laws), and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5 - 8 years of proven experience in B2B Business Development or Sales within the IT/Software sector in Indonesia.

Sector Expertise: Deep existing network and experience selling into BFSI, Telco, or Government sectors.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with System Integration, Middleware, IAM, or Cloud Infrastructure is highly preferred.

Language: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is essential for coordinating with the Singapore HQ.

Drive: A hunter mindset with the energy to build a market from the ground.
