The foundation collaborates with local partners to produce high-value tree seedlings, which are distributed free of charge to local landowners. In exchange, landowners commit to planting and nurturing the trees, with the communities benefiting from technical guidance in planting, forestry best practices, and education about the economic and environmental benefits of sustainability.

Business Development Manager

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in business development, fundraising, or marketing with a proven leadership track record

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies

Experience managing cross-functional teams and donor/client relationships

Willing to work on-site in Semarang, Central Java

Role Description

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and donors, managing projects, and driving revenue growth for the foundation. The role also involves strategic planning, market analysis, and effective collaboration with stakeholders to promote and expand Trees4Trees reforestation initiatives. Reporting regularly on progress and contributing to organizational goals will be a key aspect of this position.
