Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned annual sales targets.
- Manage and develop the assigned sales territory, acting as the primary point of contact for clients within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Travel frequently to meet with customers and potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by demonstrating strong knowledge of the company's products, solutions, and applications.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams across the organization to ensure effective delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements to support business growth within the territory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industry.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and support business development activities.
- Experience with Material Handling Systems is an advantage.
