Business Development Manager, Supply Chain Finance

Responsibilities

• Responsible for expanding local supply chain finance business in Indonesia under a multi-finance licensed entity, connecting with core enterprises, principals, logistical providers, and financial institutions.
• Identify customers capital needs in the supply chain and match suitable financial solutions (such as order financing, AR financing, working capital, etc.).
• Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and business model design across the full value chain of overseas financial credit technology. Identify competitive advantages and scalable growth pathways, and take ownership of business ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop commercial solutions for credit businesses, including customer acquisition, risk management, product operations, and financing services. Internally integrate resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, modeling, strategy, R&D) to drive implementation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and fintech developments in target markets. Deeply understand legal, privacy, compliance, and data security requirements to design tailored solutions and operational models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Fintech Lending, SME Financing, solutions design, or business management at fintech companies. Familiarity with credit products, risk management, payment systems, and financing methodologies.
• 3+ years of work experience in supply chain financing, familiar with Indonesia's local supply chain ecosystem (such as manufacturing, retail, agriculture, etc.) and financial regulatory requirements.
• Priority will be given to candidates with strong resources in Indonesia's core enterprises, banks, logistics, or cross-border trade, and who can independently carry out business development.
• Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity. Ability to uncover underlying commercial principles, validate hypotheses with data, and prioritize ROI-driven decisions.

Additional Skills

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia/English (both written and spoken) to ensure smooth communication with local partners.
• Hands-on execution skills with resilience and optimism. Able to mobilize resources, identify critical priorities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results in complex environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally. Direct overseas business or management experience is a plus.
• Continuous awareness of international fintech policies, industry dynamics, and market trends.
