We are currently seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager (ERP Solutions) to join our team.
This role is ideal for a Hunter a professional with a proactive sales approach, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for expanding market share in the ERP technology industry.
Job Description:
- Identify and qualify new potential clients for Logiframe's ERP solutions (Cloud ERP, On-Premise ERP, and related business management systems).
- Generate high-quality leads through market research, networking, digital campaigns, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients business processes, operational challenges, and system requirements.
- Deliver ERP product presentations and demos tailored to client needs, highlighting business value and ROI.
- Collaborate with technical and functional consultants to prepare detailed proposals covering scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline reports and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for ERP-related needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing ERP client portfolios.
- Stay updated on ERP market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in ERP sales or business development, targeting mid to enterprise-level clients.
- Strong track record of managing the full ERP sales cycle from prospecting and demo to proposal and deal closure.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of ERP concepts, business processes (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HR, Manufacturing), and implementation lifecycle.
- Familiarity with leading ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or SAP Business One) is a strong plus.
- Proactive, analytical, and result-oriented individual who thrives in a consultative selling environment.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a strong advantage.
