Business Development Manager (Corporate Brand – 360 Marketing)
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the corporate market.
This role is responsible for acquiring high-value clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue through integrated 360 marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business development strategies to acquire corporate brand clients
- Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Identify client needs and propose end-to-end marketing solutions
- (influencer marketing, content production, digital, activation, etc.)
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Strategist, Operations, Creative) to deliver impactful proposals
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth, upselling, and repeat business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, performance, and strategic insights
- Mentor and guide junior BD / AE team (if applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development / sales (agency or marketing industry preferred)
- Proven track record in closing corporate clients and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of 360 marketing / integrated marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability
- Target-driven, proactive, and highly accountable
