We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Indonesia team and lead end-to-end sales efforts for enterprise clients, including prospecting, pitching, preparing proposals, negotiating, and deal closure.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by targeting mid-to-large enterprise brands across all industry verticals
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating, and closing
- Build a solid pipeline by (but not limited to) tapping into existing networks for warm intros, outbound outreach, and strategic networking
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Report weekly on pipeline progress and key learnings
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, media sales, (preferably MarTech/SaaS platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to generate new leads, not just rely on existing contacts
- Proven track record of closing large and complex deals
- Strong understanding of overall marketing objectives and how to position influencer campaigns strategically
- Able to operate in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
