Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop our business in the local market through direct enterprise sales or channel partner.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Provide market and customer insights to marketing and product teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical departments.
- Share insights on local market demands to support product localization and enhancement.
- Responsible for achieving individual annual sales targets as set by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office solutions or SaaS/PaaS.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and expanding client portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of software sales cycles and licensing models.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and able to excel in a competitive environment.
