For existing customers: drive consumption growth through use case expansion, workload migration, and service adoption
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to align on roadmap and identify expansion opportunities
Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product and solution development
Job Requirements
Min 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in IT/Cloud/Technology sector in Indonesia and proven success opening new enterprise logos
Deep relationships and understanding of Digital Native, Retail, or Media sector experience with big companies like GoTo, Traveloka, Bukalapak, Indomart, Alfamart, Vidio, or similar is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engage CXO-level audiences
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and enterprise IT architecture
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal); exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
Self-driven, resilient, and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments typical of global tech companies
Existing network with key decision makers in target industries
Experience selling for global cloud providers (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, Tencent and Huawei) or enterprise SaaS companies
