Nadi Talent Group is looking for a client facing Business Development Manager to drive new partnerships across Middle East Hospitality and F&B. This is not an internal sales role. You will be in front of operators, hotel groups, and decision makers, owning the conversation from first outreach through close.
Who you are
Our ideal hire has a strong track record in business development and a deep, real network in Indonesia, ideally with additional Middle East connections.
Top priority fit
- 5+ years in BD or sales
- Direct experience selling recruitment or talent solutions
- Strong relationships across hotels, hospitality groups, and F&B operators in the Middle East
- Comfortable running the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, close
Second priority fit
- You have not sold recruitment services before, but you have credible access to hospitality stakeholders and have successfully sold other services into the same buyer group
What you will do
- Build pipeline and open doors with hospitality and F&B decision makers across the Middle East
- Lead discovery calls and translate needs into clear solutions and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with our delivery teams to ensure an excellent client experience after signing
- Operate in a tech enabled workflow, using CRM and outreach tools to manage pipeline with discipline
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience
- Extensive experience selling to hospitality hotels and F&B in the Middle East
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
