Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and creating strategic partnerships. The role also involves developing and executing business strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify innovative opportunities will be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
• Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis and SaaS industry
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, including excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
• Experience in the AI or technology sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
