We are looking for a dynamic Content Product Supervisor to join our team and drive the growth of our brand's Beauty Advisors. If you are passionate about personal care and beauty, have a knack for training, and love to inspire others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Communication House: Create and adapt engaging materials that align with company SOPs and market needs analysis.
- Deliver Product Communication Programs: Convey your materials to training and offline sales department, ensuring alignment of each funnel.
- Collaborate Work with Creative Dept: Help visualize the product communication through vision or mood board to bring clear end product.
- Conduct Market Visit: Check in parallel to different type of stores to ensure POSMs are relevant and effective, Beauty Advisors are up-to-date with product knowledge, delivering effective sales pitches, and adhering to the brand's Art of Selling methodologies.
- Identify & Supervise Overall Training Process: Identify future training needs through feedback and provide actionable insights to continuously improve our training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the Personal Care/Beauty industry is a significant plus
- Strong background in training, particularly focused on enhancing sales capabilities
- Comfortable speaking English at a business level
- Excellent presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Confidence in presenting and influencing at all organizational levels
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible, and team-spirited
- Ability to adhere to the Work From Office (WFO) policy at our office in Menara Prima Mega Kuningan.
