Job Description:

  • Develop New Area/Geographical Expansion, leverage B2B networking through Distributors/Sub Distributors.
  • Drive New B2B Customer Acquisition (Suppliers/Consolidators, Direct Users) both in Existing Area & New Area Development.
  • Drive NPD launch execution.
  • Build high-impact strategic customer relationship & account management to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Deliver sales targets related to area expansion, new customers, NPD, and product focus.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competition to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage and execute trade spend & pricing strategies as per promotional guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B business.
  • Min. bachelor degree in all major.
  • Problem solving oriented.
  • Have good communication & able to work collaborate with othersWell-understanding on B2B market & account management.
  • Able to analyze sales data & create reporting use excel or any advance tools.
  • Operational excellence.
