Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
  • Align client needs with internal solutions and ensure proposal viability
  • Act as main point of contact during pre-sales and early delivery phase
  • Identify market opportunities and support growth strategy
  • Manage and lead the business development team to achieve targets

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who can drive new client acquisition while also working closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 35+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in a similar industry (IT services or technology consulting)
  • Proven experience selling IT outsourcing or infrastructure solutions, or software development services
  • Strong understanding of technology project delivery and implementation
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
