  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, new channels, and market expansion.
  • Develop business cases, financial projections, and go-to-market approaches for new initiatives.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with potential partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Structure and execute partnership agreements that drive mutual value.
  • Support onboarding and activation of new partners to ensure commercial success.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to execute growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • Track performance of partnerships and initiatives, and optimize based on results.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
  • Support management in strategic planning and expansion decisions.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 46 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of closing partnerships or driving new revenue streams.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
