One of our client A growing IT consulting and digital solutions provider is looking for aBusiness Development Manager Enterprise IT Solutionsto drive new client acquisition and market expansion across enterprise technology and system integration services. This role focuses on developing strategic accounts and expanding solution-based sales across multiple industries.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and driving end-to-end enterprise solution sales including ERP, data platforms, infrastructure, and digital systems initiatives.

Role Description

  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise IT and system integration opportunities
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies for enterprise technology solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior management and procurement stakeholders
  • Drive new client acquisition across corporate and government-related sectors
  • Conduct consultative selling and solution positioning to executive-level clients
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop solution proposals
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and account growth
  • Monitor pipeline progress and ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Maintain strong long-term customer relationships and account value growth

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B IT solution or system integration sales
  • Proven track record in enterprise client acquisition and deal closing
  • Experience selling enterprise technology, infrastructure, or digital solutions
  • Strong network with enterprise decision makers and procurement stakeholders is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • English proficiency required
