Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager cum county lead for the Energy sector, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop growth opportunities, build and maintain partnerships, and drive revenue within the energy market. Key responsibilities include market analysis, developing strategies to penetrate new markets, leading client meetings, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to establish long-term strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Strategic Planning skills for identifying opportunities, and driving partnerships
• Sales, Market Analysis, and Negotiation expertise to develop strategies and secure business growth
• Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Technical knowledge of the energy sector, including Energy Data Management and industry technology solutions
• Familiar with SKK Migas
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• 5+ years of professional experience in business development within the energy or technology sector
