Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager – Hotel Investment to join our growing team. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing new hotel investment opportunities while building strong partnerships with property owners, developers, and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business development expertise with an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, real estate investment, financial analysis, lead initiatives to generate market analysis and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Support the overall strategic management to build and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company business objectives.
• Identify market trends, analyze data, and conduct feasibility studies to identify potential property investments and investors in the hotel sector.
• Identify and foster relationships with potential hotel investors, high-net-worth individuals, or key accounts management to facilitate partnerships and investment opportunities and collaborations.
• Manage a comprehensive targeted potential hotel investors database.
• Make a feasibility study, financial analysis and business projection.
• Negotiating terms, structuring deals, and collaborating with legal and financial teams to finalize investment agreements.
• Achieve target property investment or investors
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Tourism, and related field.
• Knowledge of business development processes and strategies.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Fluent in English, Chinese will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in Hotel Investment, Developer, Property, Property Agency, investment, Banking or similar role (preferred).
• Have networking with Hotel/Property owners, high net worth individuals, or key accounts management to facilitate partnerships and investment opportunities, and collaborations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
