Business Development Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT Business Development, IT Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven experience selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, Software Development, Cloud Solutions, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, or Managed Services.
• Strong understanding of the IT services industry and technology landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience handling enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Strong network within Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or Government sectors.
• Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
• Knowledge of outsourcing, staff augmentation, and managed services.
