The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the company&aposs sales targets. Proactively seek new clients while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships to enhance market share and sales performance.
- Formulate marketing strategies and plans, participate in the planning and execution of marketing promotion activities such as exhibitions, to enhance the company&aposs visibility and establish a favorable image within the industry.
- Track order execution to ensure accurate and timely delivery of coffee beans. Provide excellent after-sales service to clients, handle client complaints and issues. Promptly communicate with relevant departments to ensure issues are properly resolved.
- Adhere to the company&aposs rules and regulations and various management systems to ensure the compliance and efficiency of sales activities.
- Develop coffee bean procurement plans based on the company&aposs sales plans, inventory levels, and market demands, including determining the quantity, varieties, and grades of purchases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in coffee bean-related sales & purchasing. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are required. Candidates with the ability to communicate in Chinese will be given priority consideration.
- Understand the origin, variety, taste, and roasting degree of coffee beans, and be able to accurately introduce and recommend products to clients.
- Have mature business channels and client resources in Indonesia, with the ability to independently develop clients.
- Familiar with the local coffee green bean market situation in Indonesia, with upstream and downstream industry resources being an advantage.
- Understand the trends in the green and roasted coffee bean, and coffee products markets, as well as competitor movements and changes in client needs, in order to adjust sales strategies and meet market demands.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups, understanding client needs, and handling complaints, to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
