Job Description

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Property Solutions company specializing in coworking and flexible workspace. We are seeking two Business Development Manager to drive regional expansion, one to be based in Balikpapan and one in Makassar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new partnership opportunities with property owners, developers, landlords, and building management to support virtual office and workspace expansion.
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including proposal development, commercial negotiation, pricing discussions, due diligence, and agreement finalization.
  • Conduct market mapping and feasibility assessments to determine high-potential areas, underutilized buildings, and strategic growth clusters.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of property stakeholders including brokers, agents, developers, and local influencers within the real estate ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, project, and legal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, contract alignment, and launch of newly secured sites.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and occupancy insights to refine acquisition and partnership strategies.
  • Drive regional business development initiatives, including outreach activities, pipeline management, and reporting on acquisition performance.
  • Represent the company in local negotiations, property visits, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen brand presence and partnership confidence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property acquisition, partnership development, B2B sales, or supply acquisition ideally from real estate, hospitality, co-living/co-working.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close partnership, leasing, or management agreements.
  • Strong network within local property ecosystems (owners, building management, brokers, agents) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly target-driven, strategic, and capable of working independently with regional autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel across Balikpapan, Makassar, and surrounding regions as needed.
