Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Monitor industry trends and emerging market opportunities
- Develop and implement short- and long-term business development strategies
- Initiate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances
- Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases
- Present business opportunities and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Track and report on business development pipeline and project progress
Qualifications
- University Degree in any discipline
- 10 years of experience in sales / marketing in Indonesia
Required Skills
- Medical device (especially BGMS) knowledge / experience is a major plus
- Experience working for / dealing with distributors / wholesalers
- Amazing inter-personal skills to deal with distributors and customers
- Monitor industry trends and emerging market opportunities
- Agile and flexible in managing matters, able to come out with innovative solutions to make the most out of the existing situation
- Ability to communicate fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strategic thinking with a long-term business perspective
