Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Look for potential property prospects for acquisition
  • Make cold calls to offer Mamikos products to property owners
  • Handle cooperation agreements assisted by the legal team and establish good relationship with kos owners
  • Acquired rooms can be picked up to run smoothly and ensure that revenue targets are achieved
  • Standard-compliant reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills
  • At least 1 year of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus)
  • Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented
  • Tech Savvy and willing to canvassing
