Job Descriptions
- Define a go-to-market strategy for loyalty.
- Build sales pipelines (target: F&B groups, retail, lifestyle, enterprise).
- Develop pitch materials, case studies, pricing models.
- Lead client acquisition from first contact until signed deal.
- Work closely with Loyalty Strategist to align product story with client needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 25 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Strategic Sales (preferably in loyalty/CRM industry).
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
- Creative and strategic thinker; able to develop new service ideas and positioning.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and external vendors.
- Comfortable working with numbers: revenue targets, pipeline building, and ROI.
- Knowledge of loyalty platforms, CRM, or digital ecosystem is a plus.
- Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Collaborative, able to work closely with internal teams (strategist, digital analyst, developer and project management).
