Job Description

We are looking for passionate and driven Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving growth for the company. If you are a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a keen eye for opportunities, we'd love to meet you.

Job Descriptions

  • Define a go-to-market strategy for loyalty.
  • Build sales pipelines (target: F&B groups, retail, lifestyle, enterprise).
  • Develop pitch materials, case studies, pricing models.
  • Lead client acquisition from first contact until signed deal.
  • Work closely with Loyalty Strategist to align product story with client needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Strategic Sales (preferably in loyalty/CRM industry).
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
  • Creative and strategic thinker; able to develop new service ideas and positioning.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and external vendors.
  • Comfortable working with numbers: revenue targets, pipeline building, and ROI.
  • Knowledge of loyalty platforms, CRM, or digital ecosystem is a plus.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Collaborative, able to work closely with internal teams (strategist, digital analyst, developer and project management).
