Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential local merchants across electronics and non-electronics categories within an assigned region.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from initial pitch to activation, ensuring a seamless and positive merchant experience.
Secure in-store visibility to maximize brand presence and win share of space.
Drive co-funded promotions and redemption activities to boost merchant engagement.
Develop initiatives that increase program adoption and grow market share.
Lead negotiations and ensure commercial alignment to accelerate merchant activation and growth.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve merchant queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure process alignment.
Support the marketing team in coordinating merchant-related campaigns and promotions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of acquisition and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and merchant experience quality.
Build and maintain strong local market networks and long-term merchant relationships.
Gather and synthesize market insights to support strategic expansion and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any related field. Highly motivated, team player, and target-driven individual.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or merchant acquisition. Experience in BNPL, multifinance, banking or leasing is a strong advantage.
Proven hunter mentality with strong drive, resilience, and target orientation. Willing to do ground acquisition and market visits
Strong understanding of the retail or service business industry landscape.
Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, detail-oriented. strategic thinking and team player.
Comfortable working with targets and tight deadlines.
