Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive business development initiatives to support company growth within the healthcare industry.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks (corporate, insurance, communities, or healthcare partners).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead presentations, negotiations, and proposal development for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, with exposure to leadership or senior roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority leads and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies is a strong plus.
