Business Development Lead

What You Will Do:

• Understand and implement the Company&aposs vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results)
• Fully understand the fundamentals of the clients business
• Advice on all aspects of the digital and influencer campaigns and their deployment to achieve client business objectives
• Liaise with the Management Team to define the negotiations strategy and new business streams development
• Responsible for company revenue, gross profit, and net profit targets
• Provide an excellent level of client service
• Participate in pitching activities
• Responsible for overseeing all ad campaigns from media planning, timeline, ad setup, integration, and campaign performance results
• Other task assigned

What You Need to Have:

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Well-organized with great time management skills
• Resides in Jabodetabek area only
