Business Development (ID & MY)

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard agencies and hosts across Indonesia and Malaysia, ensuring performance and engagement targets are consistently met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guild leaders, streamers, and key community stakeholders in both markets.
• Plan and execute localized events and campaigns to drive community engagement and platform growth.
• Monitor performance metrics across markets and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
• Ensure a positive, engaging, and culturally relevant experience for all community members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2+ year of experience in social, voice chat, live streaming, or gaming platforms.
• Proven experience in recruitment and stakeholder/relationship management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
• Experience handling multi-market or regional scope (especially Indonesia & Malaysia) is preferred.
