Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market research.
Actively hunt for leads and potential clients to expand the company's business portfolio.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and offering our products or tailored solutions.
Present and promote our HRMS products effectively to various stakeholders, including decision-makers and business leaders.
Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales or Business Development experience in IT Software or HRIS solutions is a strong advantage (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
Strong communication and presentation skills able to explain technical solutions in a simple and compelling way.
Proven track record in selling HR products; experience handling B2B Software clients is a big plus.
Highly motivated hunter with a strong drive for results not just maintaining accounts, but creating new opportunities.
Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Willing to work fully on-site in Tebet, South Jakarta.
